When we installed a new sliding patio door a gap was created between the edge of our wall to wall carpet and the new door. The workman arrived on time and solved our problem. more

Keith Hyler was expert, quick and complete. 2/6/2015

We'd use PCR services again! We badly needed to stretch our 3 wall to wall bedroom carpets. PCR arranged for movers and Keith did a great job coordinating them so there was no time wasted or extra expense. Communication was excellent as he worked through our carpet issues. I'd recommend PCR (and the movers) with no hesitation. more

Friendly, prompt, flexible, competent, and decent value 2/5/2015

We had a small carpet repair, which required replacing about a 1 ft.-square piece of carpet. This was the first time using this company, and it was a pleasant experience, as per the review summary. The only comment I have--which keeps this from being a total 5-star experience--is that I had to do some cleaning up after the work was done: picking up small pieces of old carpet, vacuuming. A cordless carpet sweeper would have done the trick. Minor, but worth mentioning. more

When we arrived at our home for the winter we were surprised to see that the carpets in 3 of 4 rooms looked like they had snakes crawling under them. My husband was impressed by your website and decided to give you a call. Keith Hyler came out to take care of the problem. Although he was running a bit late when he did arrive he went straight to work and did a professional and beautiful job re-stretching the carpets. We also appreciated the tips we were given to keep it from happening again. more

Very good work by Russ 2/1/2015

Russ called to let me know when he was about 30 minutes away. When he arrived, he introduced himself and we went through the house to assess. He was very personable and respectful throughout his visit. I had one spot that needed repair. He handled this prior to the cleaning process. He performed the repair very carefully and well. The cleaning process was very thorough and reasonably quick. I felt that he did the repair and cleaning in the same way he would have done at his own home. more

Kieth came and saved my carpet that my dog found as a chew toy. Fixed five holes in just over an hour and you can't even tell they were ever there. Thank you Keith!!! more

Excellent service 1/19/2015

When our over zealous dog damaged our carpet, we called Phoenix Carpet Repair. They kept their schedule including an email reminder and promptly coming within their appointment window. Russ walked through what he was going to do and met all of our needs - from repairing our damage to cleaning our carpet. Thank you. Our carpet repair was done by Keith Hyler. He was on time, courteous, and very professional. The repairs look great! Repair and Cleaning service 1/15/2015

I was very impressed by the work the performed. I had a very complex strip of carpet torn up from my dog and they gave me a quote over the phone. An hour later they had a guy come out and patch it in a very fast and professional time. RUSS IS THE MAN! He was very upfront not trying to sell anything that I didnt need, and the price was well worth the quality of work he performed! I Will definitely be recommending these guys to anyone with carpet damage more
