Awesome job on my carpets 3/3/2015

Hector did an awesome job at my house we were moving from on Mar 2nd 2015. It was a two story house 3 bedrooms and lots of carpet that needed cleaning and a few needed stretching. I was very impressed with Hector's updates on the progress of the work and the care he used to protect our walls from the hoses, wearing booties while on the carpet etc. Our carpet looked like new when he was done for the new buyers of our house. Again awesome work by Hector you have a great employee working for your company. more

Pet Damage Repaired to New! 2/28/2015

Our puppy ripped up a few areas in our living room in a very high traffic area. We were concerned that we were going to have to do a costly complete replacement, but we decided to call Phoenix Carpet Repair first. From initial call to final repair the process was easy and smooth. Kevin Myler was our installer and he was very professional and did a fantastic job! All and all I think this is a great company that was pleasant to work with! more

Keith did a fantastic job patching damage from a dog. And replaced the carpet piece he used from the closet and it's so similar to what was there you can't tell it's missing. 2/26/2015

Keith did a wonderful job patching some carpet that a foster dog at wrapped up. It looks so well done that unless you know something was wrong you can't notice the patch. The piece he used was from the hall closet and he replaced that piece with one from his truck and it looks so similar to the actual carpet you don't notice a difference. This was a great experience and happy I was referred to you guys and I'll be sure to use again and refer out to friends and family. Also can't forget Kim, she was awesome on the phone and the price quoted was the price paid. And appt time was set up sooner then later . more

Same Day Service and Great job 2/26/2015

I called this morning and spoke with Kim, she was able to get someone to come out this afternoon. Hector arrived shortly after giving me a courtesy call and got right to work. He was professional and very friendly. I will absolutely recommend this company and will use them again. My carpets look fantastic. more

Above my expectations! 2/18/2015

I needed to clean a house that my son had to leave and the rug was a mess. There were burn holes, lots of stains and dog hair! I was really hoping it could be repaired and cleaned to get a large deposit back. Hector came to the rescue. What a nice young man and what a professional. Your cleaning product did an amazing job on the stains and Hector fixed the burn holes so that you could hardly see them. I didn't think it could be done. I highly recommend Phx Carpet Repair and Cleaning. more

Job Well Done 2/18/2015

Carpet repair followed by cleaning were both first-rate. The guys were on time and did the work quickly and efficiently. I liked the corner guards for the walls so as to not create any damage. We were furnished with "footies" so we wouldn't walk directly on carpet while it was still drying out a bit. Thanks very much! Looking forward to using your service to clean furniture upholstery later this year. more

A-mazing! 2/9/2015

Hector was fantastic! He repaired several locations of pet caused torn thresholds and patched a couple other damaged locations...YOU CANT EVEN TELL WHERE THE DAMAGE WAS! Incredible! He also went on to clean 6 rooms of badly stained carpet. Hector restored the carpet to what it was before he had the tenant from $@!#% move in! I am in real estate and I have worked with several carpet cleaning companies. I highly recommend Phoenix Carpet Repairs for your repair and cleaning needs.!! more
