Berber Carpet Stain 4/8/2015

Danny called prior to arriving. He showed up in a professional service van and was dressed in a neat, clean, and professional uniform. He assessed the situation and began work. He was meticulous about his work and you can tell he took pride. Very satisfied with the results. more

Carpet Re-Stretch/Repair and Shampoo 4/8/2015

I would definitely recommend this company. They scheduled the movers who were excellent and arrived early. Danny from Phx Carpet arrived early and did a terrific job. I was dreading having this done but had to "bite the bullet" and do it. To my surprise every phase from the moving of furniture to the re-stretching and repair as well as shampooing was without concern or stress on my part due to the professionalism of the employees. Thank you all for a job well done. more

Carpet Stretching 4/7/2015

We had bedrooms stretched upstairs and were unable to haul our massive furniture pieces up & down stairs. Hector (our carpet technician) was very patient & helpful as we moved furniture in & out of rooms in rotation. Glad I chose Phoenix Carpet Repair because they work around that situation & make it possible to do select rooms. Looking forward to getting the rest of the upstairs common area & halls done in the future. Side note/advice, don't hesitate on having carpets stretched…if you wait too long (I put off doing for couple of years) the ripples might permanently crease carpet. I still need professional cleaning, so I'm hoping my crease lines (which are flat now, but visible) will clean out. more

Beyond anything I expected. 4/6/2015

I absolutely am beyond happy with the service that I received from Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning. My jaw hit the floor when I saw the final result, because my carpets were in some seriously terrible shape. It literally looks like I had new carpet installed. Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning has a new lifetime customer. They might be just a tad more expensive than other capet cleaning companies, but it is well worth every single penny. more

Excellent Service 4/4/2015

From the moment I contact PCR for my carpet repair I knew I was in good hands. Kelsie made my appointment and andwered all my questions. Danny came out today and cleaned my carpet as well as stretched out my master bedroom carpet. He did an awesome job and my bedroom looks exactly how it looked when I first moved in my home 6 years ago. I will recommend them to anyone looking for carpet cleaning or repair and look forward to using them in the future. more
