Excellent customer service and quality work. 9/4/2015

From the start of making an online request for service to the follow up confirmation call of the appointment, the staff was prompt and friendly. Keith was the service tech assigned for my repairs. He called 30 minutes prior to arrival and was right on time. He was polite and professional. The quality of the carpet repair was great. I will definitely call for future service and I highly recommend this company more

Carpet Streching 9/3/2015

Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning Company did an excellent job in stretching our carpet for our guest room. Initially, the carpet was installed incorrectly, but we had this company complete this service for us. They moved the heavy furniture, stretched the carpet, vacuumed and brought the furniture back with no problems at all. They have great customer service and did an outstanding job. Thank you! more

These folks are the BEST!!!! Kim was efficient and personable and Danny was professional and did excellent work. He patched my carpet in three places and I can't tell where. What more could you ask for. I will NEVER call anyone else for cleaning and repair on floors and/or carpets. Highly recommend. more

Great service and experience! 8/21/2015

I had a great experience this week with Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning. They were easy to work with from start to finish. They had an appointment available for the next day when I called to schedule some carpet stretching. They gave me a courtesy call 30 minutes before arriving so I could make sure I was at the house. Then, the work was done quickly and professionally. The carpets look great! more

Cost was high but Keith was great 8/18/2015

So I put in a great review for the work on Angie's List but now that I went back to the house a day later when carpets were dry I'm not as happy as I was last night when carpets were still wet. There are still a lot of areas that look like they still need to be cleaned. I can definitely state that the carpets smell much better but they don't look as great as they did when they were wet. So I'm a bit disappointed considering that I spent ~$750. more
