Terrific company and top-notch work!! 12/8/2015

Terrific company - prompt, responsive, polite and professional! I initially called for an estimate on carpet stretching, and the technician who came out (Russ) was there within an hour, scoped out the work, and provided a very competitive price for the job. Best of all, he was able to complete the work immediately, and the job was done by lunchtime!! Russ was extremely knowledgeable, informative, and thorough! Phoenix Carpet's work is top-notch!! more

Excellent job - very efficient technician 11/15/2015

This is the second time I have used Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning. Both times were a very pleasant experience. The technicians were very friendly, informative, and efficient. The most recent service was to clean quite a bit of tile and grout. The technician certainly had a challenge to meet, and he met it beautifully. I'm very pleased with the result. Thank you, Russ. Quick, Professional Carpet Repair 11/13/2015

I contacted PCR&C by phone and explained the details of my carpet repair issue and was given a exact quote of the cost of the repair by Anthony. He had a service tech scheduled for a designated time the same afternoon. Hector the PCR&C Service Tech called to confirm his arrival time and was punctual. Hector the Service Tech thoroughly evaluated the carpet repair and how it would be completed and the estimated time to completed. Hector was courteous, professional and thorough. The completed carpet repair looked like new with the cost exactly as quoted. more

Keith, our service technician, was excellent. The only reason that I didn't give a 5 for total experience is that the price almost doubled from original quote based on room size. I realize that this was on us for not giving accurate room size quotes, however the price increase was substantial. That was somewhat shocking but other than that, the rest of the experience was great. more
