Stretching & Cleaning 2/20/2016

Needed carpet pulled back for termite treatment 2/19/2016

We found a termite infestation and there is a crack in the concrete slab that runs from the garage through the master bedroom. That crack was a termite highway that allowed the pests to get into a closet and do damage. We needed to have the carpet pulled back to expose the crack so that the exterminators could drill and pump termite poison along the crack. Russ, from Phoenix Carpet Repair did an excellent job pulling the carpet and padding, and put it all back to where it looks like it wasn't even disturbed. I'm glad I called Phoenix Carpet Repair to do the job. more

Everything I hoped it would be! 2/5/2016

The servicemen who repaired and cleaned my carpet (after moving large furniture) were very efficient and knew what they were doing. The found some problems with the initial installation of my carpet that I hadn't know existed and made certain that when they repaired the carpet it was done correctly. I really couldn't be more pleased with the results. more

It was ok for an urgant repair 1/27/2016

It was ok for un urgent repair, but the seam was very visable. I don't think it was necessary to cut out the 1 inch of bad carpet, it could have been streched out, but I let him cut it out, not knowing the seam would be so visable. RESPONSE FROM Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning: Hi Javier, Thanks for taking the time to let us know what you think and we are sorry you feel this way. We saw the before/after photos from your repair and just so you know, we would rather stretch the carpet than section in a new piece, it's much easier to stretch it. You have to consider the location of the damage, since you have that corner about 2-3 feet from this edge, that prevented us from being able to stretch the carpet as far as it needed. When you put newer carpet next to walked on carpet, there is sometimes a difference, but when you get the carpet cleaned next, that will help blend the carpet together better. more

Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning is the way to go! 1/26/2016

My one year old labrador retriever, Jax, destroyed several steps worth of carpet on our staircase and landing. Called Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning the next morning and they had Danny come out the following afternoon. He did an amazing job and the carpet looks like new. I couldn't have asked for better service. Hopefully I won't, but if I ever have a need for carpet repair again, I'll be calling Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning. more
