We found a termite infestation and there is a crack in the concrete slab that runs from the garage through the master bedroom. That crack was a termite highway that allowed the pests to get into a closet and do damage. We needed to have the carpet pulled back to expose the crack so that the exterminators could drill and pump termite poison along the crack.
