It was ok for un urgent repair, but the seam was very visable. I don't think it was necessary to cut out the 1 inch of bad carpet, it could have been streched out, but I let him cut it out, not knowing the seam would be so visable.

Hi Javier,
Thanks for taking the time to let us know what you think and we are sorry you feel this way. We saw the before/after photos from your repair and just so you know, we would rather stretch the carpet than section in a new piece, it's much easier to stretch it. You have to consider the location of the damage, since you have that corner about 2-3 feet from this edge, that prevented us from being able to stretch the carpet as far as it needed. When you put newer carpet next to walked on carpet, there is sometimes a difference, but when you get the carpet cleaned next, that will help blend the carpet together better.
