The whole experience was made easier by the man Phoenix Carpet Repair sent out to repair our torn carpet. 10/6/2015

If you ever have the need o have your carpet repaired I hope you are lucky enough to have Phoenix Carpet Repair send Keith out to your home to do you work. He was prompt. Extremely fast and most importantly he was overly concerned on how well the finished product looked. He was neat and clean. He made sure that everything was picked up before he left. In short Keith is a professional. That is a term that is rarely applied these days but he has earned the title and my thanks. If Iever need carpet repair agair again, Keith will get the call. more

My husband called for a general estimate and Kim was the ultimate professional explaining every detail. Her demeanor was so pleasant and forthcoming, we did not feel rushed or pressured. She sold the product and closed the deal. Our Tech, Danny, is an extremely hard working man. His professionalism was evident in so many ways: considerate; utilized all his skills expertly; made the absolute extra effort to tweak and repair; very conscientious. It was our pleasure to have met Danny and we are thrilled with the results he obtained which far and away exceeded our expectations. We feel we have a new carpet at the very least, the stretching and cleaning conducted on our carpet has added extra life to it. We are very pleased with the results and the interaction with Kim and Danny. more

Fixed carpet in two places 9/30/2015

A painter spilled some paint on our living room carpet. Rather that report it I decided I could fix it my self. Bit mistake!! I used my steam cleaner. The steam comes out at about 240 degrees. The carpet was ruined where the paint had been. Fortunately I had a little of the original carpet. It would have been great if I had a wider piece. So the patch had to be pieced. I knew the color and texture would be a little different. I had a couple of complaints, but they came out a second time to try to fix the problem. I must say they really wanted me to be satisfied. Right now I'm happy with their work. Most people will never notice it. I just happen to know exactly where it is. They certainly can't help that the patch is a slightly different color and texture, but it's not really noticeable. I would definitely recommend them. more

Excellent Service 9/23/2015

I initially spoke with Robert to explain my problem. He clearly explained my options and the pricing involved. He immediately contacted his technician. Keith was at my home an hour after I had called to inquire about the possibility of stretching a couple of carpets that were showing ripples after a cleaning job done by another company. He evaluated the situation and was able to fix the problem very quickly and efficiently. He also told me about the other services the company offers. This is definitely a company I will use in the future for carpets, upholstery and tile issues. more

We were so happy Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning provides service for the entire Phoenix Metro area and that they would come so far to help us. We received excellent, same-day service for our carpet that was damaged by our new puppies! Danny provided a seamless repair and was extremely pleasant and professional. Carpet re-stretching and repair 9/17/2015

We were very satisfied with the work that was performed. Keith the technician arrived right on time, and completed his work in a very efficient and professional manner. He did two rooms this time, and we have 4 more rooms that need re-stretching, and they will probably be done one at a time after we have room to move furniture out. Great job! more
