They were able to complete the work without me being there and the hole I had in the carpet is totally concealed. If you need carpet repair or cleaning you need to use this company. They are honest and fair priced. They even did the work sent before and after pictures before I had to pay them. more

Called for an appointment, got one the same week. Needed the carpet stretched due to poor initial installation by another company. The tech came in and analyzed the situation and completed the job quickly. We could not be happier with the service and results. more

We had our living room carpet restretched because of a big bulge. Hector was efficient, professional, and personable. He even offered to vacuum the carpet when finished. We are very pleased with the outcome. We will definitely refer this company to others. more

Bleach spots on carpet. 5/25/2015

Technician did a great job. Two bleach spots on dark cut pile carpet with pattern. Cut out and patched the bleached areas perfectly...you cannot tell that there was ever an issue. Even matched the direction of the pile!! more

Had 2 areas repaired after only planning on 1. The 2nd area was replacing a piece of carpet that had a stain. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the border of the stain was still visible. more

I called on a Saturday and was able to get same day, but opted for Monday service. Danny gave a call ahead and then also contacted me again when he arrived, like I had requested. I had several small requests and Danny took care of them all. He was done when he said he would be... and the price was reasonable! Thanks again! Great Job on Rental Property 4/14/2015

One of my rentals needs carpet cleaning and restretching in two rooms. Had used Phoenix Carpet Repair at another location so knew of their quality of work. Were a bit late in arriving, but finished the job on time and within budget. Took the wrinkles out of the carpet, preped and cleaned the carpet to like new appearance. Carpet is in good condition - just needs some TLC. Would recommend Phoenix Carpet Repair and certainly would use them again. more
