Fantastic Job 11/5/2015

Great job, great service, very friendly. I can hardly tell where the new carpet meets the old, I think within a month of so of being walked on it will match perfectly. The only issue I noticed is that I don't think the section of carpet behind the door was trimmed all the way, it still sticks up onto the trim a bit. more

Amazing service! 10/27/2015

I submitted an email request for an estimate and within an hour was contacted, received a verbal and email estimate and within two more hours the technician was at my house to repair the 3' of carpet strand that my vacuum pulled up. Russ was amazing and painstakingly glued the strands back in place and you can't even tell there was ever a rip there. Amazing service, I would recommend Phoenician Carpet Repair to everyone. more

timely repair 10/20/2015

A small flaw occurred about 3 weeks after our carpet was stretched and cleaned. In less than two hours after I spoke with Kim about the discovery, our tech Danny was at our home repairing the area. We are absolutely delighted to have found a company and its employees with such genuine integrity. Great customer service! more

This company is outstanding. Phone service was friendly. We made arrangements to bring used carpet from out of town for cleaning. They were ready to receive us and offered professional opinion as to the efficacy of cleaning this carpet. Very nice company. more

Work done well. 10/16/2015

Upon arrival (early, which is good) the price quoted was not correct but after some discussion, it was resolved. The stretching was done very well, holes patched well and everything came out very clean. Although it was pricey, the work was done with professionalism. I am very satisfied. more

my cleaning is not till the 16th, how can i write a performance till then. although you've said its going to be 190.00 for 2 rooms which seems a bit high. get a ton of phone calls offering carpet cleaning for less. but will stick with phx carpet because they did a good job stretching the carpet. more

Overall Good Quality Work 10/7/2015

Russ showed up during the time period quoted. He was very professional and kind when I was showing him the carpet. During the work Russ took the time to realize that the tack boards were not secured to the floor properly. He took the extra time needed to secure the tack boards properly before stretching the carpet and at no additional cost. I would highly recommend Russ and phoenix carpet repair to anyone. more

On 10/5/15 I called to get infomration on service by 11:00 a.m they arrived. 10/6/2015

My service tech Russ Summey got busy and took out stains out of the carpet that where left by renter on the carpet. Renters where in this property for 3 years. Renter had Stanley Steamer come out to clean the carpet on Sept.30 15. Stanley Steamer left a lot of stain in the carpet. Russ worked on the carpet from 11:45 to 2:00 and removed all the stains. To say I was happy is an understatement. There is a very clear this company take pride in there work. Thank you for your great work. more
