Russ showed up during the time period quoted. He was very professional and kind when I was showing him the carpet. During the work Russ took the time to realize that the tack boards were not secured to the floor properly. He took the extra time needed to secure the tack boards properly before stretching the carpet and at no additional cost. I would highly recommend Russ and phoenix carpet repair to anyone.
