I worked with Kimberly and she answered every email and phone promptly. She went as far as calling the owner when I had a question and didn't just say I will get back to you , she did and surpassed my expectations! Can't even see the repair! 7/19/2015

had small area of pet damage, carpet shredded at door threshold was 2" by 8", I had no remnants and the room is way too small to stretch. Technician cut a patch out of a closet, you can't even see the difference in the pattern of the loop carpet where he repaired it. The closet was fixed with a non-matching remnant at my approval, it can be seen, but its in a back corner of a closet. the repair was one-fifth the cost of recarpeting the whole room. I would definitely do this again to avoid recarpeting!! more

Excellent service 7/17/2015

Unfortunately, the people who installed our carpet did a poor job. When the repair was done, it was found they had installed a pad that was about 5 inches shorter than it needed to be. Danny did an excellent job correcting the problem. Thank you very much. more

Again BBB came to my rescue. After my grandchildren played with my essential oils, I had a goldenrod stain on my white carpeting that required using some saved remnants to repair. Great work 6/25/2015

Had Danny come for a carpet stretch and clean (had one room that required deep clean). After he finished had a 1.5" of carpet left over and look fantastic. The cleaning was also done very well, carpet looks new! Danny was very accommodating and friendly. I would recommend and use again. Thanks more

Excellent cleaning! Doggy carpets now look new again! 6/24/2015

Hector was very professional! He was on time and explained what he was going to do: vaccum, spot clean and then steam clean all of my 5 rooms. He restored my yucky looking carpets to their original clean and fluffy texture. I am enjoying my carpets once again and to think I was ready to replace them. I have recommended them to several friends!! more
