Hector was very professional! He was on time and explained what he was going to do: vaccum, spot clean and then steam clean all of my 5 rooms. He restored my yucky looking carpets to their original clean and fluffy texture. I am enjoying my carpets once again and to think I was ready to replace them. I have recommended them to several friends!!
