I submitted an email request for an estimate and within an hour was contacted, received a verbal and email estimate and within two more hours the technician was at my house to repair the 3' of carpet strand that my vacuum pulled up. Russ was amazing and painstakingly glued the strands back in place and you can't even tell there was ever a rip there. Amazing service, I would recommend Phoenician Carpet Repair to everyone.
