Terrific company - prompt, responsive, polite and professional! I initially called for an estimate on carpet stretching, and the technician who came out (Russ) was there within an hour, scoped out the work, and provided a very competitive price for the job. Best of all, he was able to complete the work immediately, and the job was done by lunchtime!! Russ was extremely knowledgeable, informative, and thorough! Phoenix Carpet's work is top-notch!!
