EXCELLENT SERVICE 11/18/2014

My appointment was scheduled for the very next day when I called to have my carpet stretched. KEITH arrived on time, explained to me exactly what he was going to do, was very knowledgeable and professional and did an awesome job and cleaned up before he left. I decided I also needed to have the carpet cleaned and he was very helpful and called Kim in the office and I had the appt. for carpet cleaning scheduled for the very next day. I would definitely recommend Phoenix Carpet and will use them again in the future ! more

This is our second experience with Phoenix Carpet. The first time they replaced a small piece of carpet that had bleach spilled on it and they did a great job. This time we had our carpets cleaned and Robert did an excellent job! The carpets look great and Robert was very professional and great to work with! more

Keith Hyler came to our house to repair a step in our living room where our dog had torn carpet back. Keith was very professional and pleasant, worked quickly and step looks brand new. I would recommend Keith and Phoenix Carpet Repair to anyone wanting a carpet repair done right. more

Needed carpet stretching in 2 areas & I'm happy with the results. Technician was polite & knowledgeable & cleaned up everything when complete. The only downside was the payment service on the sprint network was VERY slow. It took multiple attempts & almost 20 mins to generate the invoice & go thru the payment process. more

I have had Phoenix Carpet Repair out several time to repair my carpet (bad kitty!). Although we have had more than one technician over time, the technicians are always professional and provide great service. Ray, the owner, even came out on the first appointment to explain what they were doing and make sure I was satisfied. Now that's service! I will continue to use Phoenix Carpet Repair, and would highly recommend them for your carpet needs. more

As a owner of 7 rental properties, I have been lucky not to need carpet repair service so far, so when the inevitable finally happened, I did not have a "go to guy" yet for this service. I did some research and found Phx Carpet Repair. I really liked their online pricing and scheduling. Everything, and I mean everything, was handled very professionally and quickly. Truly a seamless process and the actual repair work made it look like "nothing ever happened." My tech, Keith Hyler, was EXCELLENT! With 27 years in the business, my situation was a simple task for him! Not only will I continue to use this company for all my carpet needs, I will ask specifically for Keith in the future.
