I needed three pieces of carpet patched into an existing carpet. Keith did an excellent job. By the time he was done, I couldn't tell where the new pieces were. He obviously cared about the quality of his work and took the time to do it right. He kept me informed step-by-step and cleaned up after the job was done. I wish all service providers were as competent and easy to work with. more

Pet Carpet Repair 11/3/2014

Keith came out to our location November 3rd first he called to let us know he would be arriving in 20 to 30 minutes which he arrived and immediately got to work on the carpet our 2 German Shepherds chewed up the carpet. We were very impressed with how he was able to come in and fix the carpet we really appreciated it and he did a great job! we would and will recommend their services to anyone! Thank you more

Outstanding Service and Quality 10/17/2014

Hector was our service tech and did an outstanding job. We had some very badly soiled areas (dog urine) and 3 small areas needing patching. I can only say that Hector did a great job in all areas and was a pleasure to have in our home. I was also impressed with how Kim handled the estimating over the phone. Both people were excellent and very professional Will definitely recommend them and have them do cleaning in the future more

Very happy with the service 9/29/2014

I had this company do some carpet repairs and carpet cleaning for a rental property I own. They were very flexible with their appointments and the woman answering the phone is very professional and knowledgeable. Jason was the technician and was able to repair, re-stretch and clean my carpets all at the same appointment. I am so happy I found this company and will call them every time I need carpet cleaning or repair work. more

Ray- carpet repair 9/29/2014

I was completely satisfied with the all around experience I received. Not only did I get someone to come out in the same day but I got Ray did the work extremely fast and efficient. I can't even tell where my rip was. Ray worked past when he was supposed to to make sure the job was done and done right. I'm so appreciative of the service I received from him and would definitely want him out again when needed. Thanks! more
