Hector was our service tech and did an outstanding job. We had some very badly soiled areas (dog urine) and 3 small areas needing patching. I can only say that Hector did a great job in all areas and was a pleasure to have in our home. I was also impressed with how Kim handled the estimating over the phone. Both people were excellent and very professional Will definitely recommend them and have them do cleaning in the future
