Phoenix Carpet Repair was friendly and professional on the phone, made a very quick appointment, showed up on time; and best of all, repaired two areas of my carpet that were horribly damaged with cat urine that were completely undetectable after repaired. The beautiful seamless insert is quite spectacular. I could not be a more satisfied customer. I highly recommend the service to anyone who has a damaged area of carpet on an otherwise perfectly good carpet. I called Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning about pet damage to Berber carpet in a bedroom doorway. The young lady I spoke to was so nice, positive and helpful. She gave me a quote over the phone and assured me there were no hidden charges. I made an appointment for the very next day and called back because I hadn't check with my wife.... rescheduled for two days out with no problem from Phoenix Carpet & Cleaning. I loved that they sent an email with the carpet techs name, pic and bio! It put my wife and I at ease knowing who was showing up at the house. Rob was so polite and professional and did a FANTASTIC job repairing the 2 foot wide damage! I called my wife to see how it went and if the repair was well done or not and she said yeah it's fine. I came home and had a hard time even finding the repaired area! It was unbelievable! AND there were NO hidden charges! Rob came to my home to fix holes in my carpet from my cat. He was professional, friendly and service was quick. When he was finished he asked me to check it to see if I was satisfied and I was amazed! I couldn't even see where the damage was! There were no signs of it being repaired. It looked good as new!! This company has the best customer service. They are in constant communication as to the appointment time, reminders and a call from the tech when on his way to your home. Jason did a great job on the carpet again. This time it was the result of my daughter's flu... I had used a small spot remover vacuum on the carpet, but the smell lingered. (I think I just spread it around.) Jason suggested a small dose of the odor remover as well as steam cleaning... Odor gone! It's difficult to find carpet repair, much less fabulous carpet repair. I not only received same day service, but the technician showed up as promised, called before he came - as promised, and the repair took the amount of time promised - all from my description on the phone. The price quoted was also accurate and in fact, was a bit reduced due to the overall job. I have had a variety of service folks out over the years and it is truly refreshing to see an organization that does what they say they will do - sounds simple but so many do not follow this simple customer service rule. They also fixed a problem area for just a small additional charge. Hector went above and beyond with the repair and cleaning!
