Phoenix Carpet Repair was friendly and professional on the phone, made a very quick appointment, showed up on time; and best of all, repaired two areas of my carpet that were horribly damaged with cat urine that were completely undetectable after repaired. The beautiful seamless insert is quite spectacular. I could not be a more satisfied customer. I highly recommend the service to anyone who has a damaged area of carpet on an otherwise perfectly good carpet.
