The team of technicians that came to our house rescued us twice! They did such a good job the first time I didn't think twice before calling them again. First was when we had about 7 (some of them major) carpet areas torn up by our cat. They repaired them and you can't even tell that anything was even there! Amazing! My young son who is used to jumping over and area clapped his hands and yelled YEAH! when he saw it. A couple of weeks later I called them out to clean and stretch our carpet upstairs and clean our stairs. When we first built our house we had the carpet people out twice to try to fix the wrinkled in the hallway carpet...couldn't do it and over time it's gotten worse. When they came to fix it...it looks better than when we first bought the house!!! They did better than the professional carpet layers. They did amazing!!! I have already told friends if they ever need anything done on their carpet to call! more

Stellar Cleaning Service 10/1/2013

Jason came to clean my living room ,dinning room and loft where my kids tracked dirt and dropped food. i thought they would never get the stains out. he came in and in a fast timely manner got my carpets looking brand new. well recommend them to anyone in need of cleaning or repair. more

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING 9/20/2013

This company far exceeded my expectations! I actually used them twice. First my puppy chewed a hole in the carpet and they came out the same day. But he rechewed it 2 days later so we waited until a month before we moved to have them come back and by then we had 7 spots where he chewed more holes and a couple red dye stains. Jenny in the office is amazing and the guys that came out, Rob M and Jason, were very professional and did an outstanding job! I can't even tell where they patched all those holes. If I ever have any carpet problems again they will be the first ones I call. They saved me a lot of money. Thank you guys so much! Jennifer more

5 stars, far exceeded my expectations 9/16/2013

A flooded bathtub left me with two areas of carpet pad in my bedroom that needed to be replaced, and I delayed the repair thinking it would be a hassle. I finally decided to get it repaired and found Phoenix Carpet Repair on the Rosie on the House website. They answered my call right away, dispatched someone to my house the same day, and 4 hours later my carpet repair is complete and looks great. If I had known it would be so easy, I would have done it sooner. The customer service was excellent and the price was very reasonable. Overall a fantastic experience! more

Do not look any place else for quality personnel, communications, and service. Jenny (office), Rod) our repairman) both absolutely awesome. Rob Miller came out to repair our carpet after a dog tore into our Berber. He called about 30 minutes before he anticipated being here and was right on time. He came in and was done in under 40 minutes. It looks great and we couldn't be more pleased with the service. more

Excellent service! Honest company...HIGHLY recommend!! 8/24/2013

My dog decided to dig between carpet and tile, ripping up a 2" x 10" section. And he did this on the weekend! Found this company on the Internet with HUGE reviews. Called first thing in the morning, and the owner answered and said he would be there the same day! He called ahead of time to say when he was on the way, and arrived when he said he would. Was up front, honest and just overall great impression. Rob quickly went to work. I can not recommend this company more! If you have carpet damage, give these guys a call. I saved hundreds by doing so. I was told that they do cleaning too, haven't used them yet, but based upon this experience I'll be calling them before the holidays. Again, honest great service!!! more

Came the next day, right on time, repair looks great! 8/23/2013

I called Phx Carpet Repair because I am in the process of selling my home and had three glaring carpet damage areas due to dogs and permanent marker. My carpet remenants were bleached out from being in my attic, so they had to patch from my closets and both the repair and patched areas look great. I could not be happier with their work and professionalism ! more

Carpet stretching 8/21/2013

Had my carpet stretched the tech did a great job and was very friendly, was there about 2 hours and charged $450 he did a good job I just though the price was a little high. more

Outstanding service and results. 8/20/2013

I have used Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning for both their carpet cleaning service and their tile cleaning service. What stood out was the professionalism displayed in my home. They were prompt, calling me to let me know when they would be there within 20 minutes. It looked great, too. The white tiles looked brand new and no longer had black grout. more
