Great experience 5/10/2013

We called several carpet repair companies in the valley and were blown off by most. Our job was small and we needed it done in a hurry. Phoenix Carpet Repair not only took the job, they sent Robert out the next morning. The workmanship was excellent, the customer service was above and beyond. We will use Phoenix Carpet Repair for all of our carpet and tile needs in the future. more

Great Service. Would Definitely Recommend 4/30/2013

New dog ate part of my carpet. Called phoenix carpet repair and they were at my house within the hour and had it fixed in less than 45 minutes. I can't even tell where the carpet was replaced. I would definitely recommend this company. more

Great company. They came out on time. There service was professional and the charged exactly what they quoted me over the phone, no hidden fees. Great carpet repair work! 4/26/2013

They did a great job stretching our carpet after it had started to bubble over the years. Even with pattern matching issues, the end result was amazing. Great response and service 4/24/2013

Another company that cleaned my carpet left ripples that were quite visible. With guests coming in several days, I needed carpet stretching and repair pronto. Phoenix Carpet Repair scheduled the service propmptly had the service tech at my door the next morning. Fast and quality service - thanks. Great Service. Recommed Company. 4/21/2013

My carpet didn't get along with my boyfriend's dog. The dog tore back and shredded the carpet and padding in front of my bedroom door. Phoenix Carpet Repair was able to take carpet from a closet and replace the damaged carpet. They supplied a neutral piece of carpet to replace the piece taken from the closet. Although it is not a perfect match, it was a smooth transition. I would highly recommend you buy your own replacement carpet that closely matches the piece they need to remove. Great job getting rid of the waves! 4/19/2013

Robert and Robert did a great job getting rid of the ugly waves my carpet had. I didn't think streching could make it look so good. Outstanding Company 4/18/2013

Impressed from when I first spoke w/Jenny at the office. We had problems w/our 2yr old install of carpet in the den area, and I told her that we had someone out to stretch it yet it was never right. She assured me that her company REALLY knew what they were doing and would fix it as long as there wasn't anymore than 2 inch loss of carpet at the edges. I scheduled w/her. She notified me via email the day before the visit. Robert called the day of the visit to tell me he was on his way, and he asked if it would be a problem if he was a little early. Robert did a fantastic job, and our carpet looks terrific. I highly recommend this company!!!! Carpet Repair: Stretching 4/5/2013

Our living room had unsightly wrinkles in it due to it needing to be stretched. We called PCR and Chris Hernandez (technician) came out the next day. He completed the repair in a professional and timely manner. We are very pleased with the results. more

Like it never even happened 4/2/2013

Dogs tore a big hole and ripped carpet, I had no idea it was possible to fix carpet like that. They took some from my closet and I found matching carpet at home depot. There is no way anyone can tell it was damaged. Great work. more
