We had a very small, but important, job that no one seemed to want to help us with...especially if we weren't purchasing a new product from them. We needed to replace a small area of carpet at the landing of our staircase. We already had the carpet. I just happened to find Phoenix Carpet Care online and decided it couldn't hurt to call (this would have been the 10th place I called). The owner answered the phone, which impressed me. I told him my story and without hesitation he said he'd have it fixed in no time. He showed up at my house 20 minutes later. I still can't believe it. He and his partner did an amazing job and it took them less than an hour to complete it. I will never forget this awesome experience! more

Being new to the area and just having moved into the home we purchased, my wife and I had a long list of "to do's", one of which was carpet restreching in master bedroom. Not knowing anyone here, we looked on the internet for a company that could do such a task for us. We saw the five star rating and decided to give them a call. Robert was very professional and gave us an estimate on the phone. He also happened to be only a few miles away after finishing an earlier job in our area. He was able to come immediately (!) and when he arrived we found him to be very pleasant and respectful. He removed all the wrinkles from the carpet and re-secured the carpet where it met the tile, which had also been loose. Wow! It was done in a timely manner and he explained the entire process and cause of such a condition to us. Our carpet looks new again! Thanks Robert! As if that wasn't enough, he also noticed we were having pool pump problems and he took the time to talk to us about his simiiar recent experience and gave us some great information to help us there as well. We had several doorway transitions which needed to be repaired for transitions from carpet to wood flooring. Robert returned my call immediately, and was able to come out the same day within a couple of hours of my call, and take care of all three transitions that afternoon. They even came back out a second time to handle some additional transition work for us at no charge! Our dogs managed to chew 8 - yes 8 small (~3") to medium (~9") holes in our master suite. We hesitated to replace as it would have required replacing adjoining rooms. We got a flyer in the mail and took a chance. Wow. From the phone consult to the work Alan did 3 days later, I could not be more impressed. He was on time, professional, courteous, and his work was meticulous. I am demanding and have very exacting standards, and as such I kept a close eye on the work. We adopted a dog a few weeks ago and attempted to house train him. We put him in the crate while we were at work for only 3-4 hours at a time. He managed to slide out the floor guard and dig straight to the cement of the carpet in not one but two spots. After living with plastic covers on the floor for multipel weeks and dreading telling our landlord of our apt, I searched online for "Scottsdale pet carpet repair" and found their website that had multiple horror stories with pets damaging carpet and how this company had fixed them. I was amazed and called them right then and asked for a quote. For one approximately 1 ft square hold and about another 2-3 ft square hole I was quoted at $250, which was reasonable considering three pieces of carpet would be extracted and then replaced. What they do is take the carpet from your closet to repair the holes so it is the closest match and then you go out and get some carpet from home depot that is the closest match and they put that in the closet. A good old switcheroo if I ever saw one. This was to make it the least likely that our landlord would notice the repair. Calling and setting up an appt was a breeze with Robert. He assured me that this kind of damage happens all the time and its no big deal, which was very comforting to me. Alan showed up right on time and called me 30 minutes beforehand to tell me he was on his way. He was very friendly with my dog and when i went to another room to do something he notified me that my dog had pooped inside, which I greatly appreciated. I pretty much just left him to do his thing and 1hr and 17 minutes later he was done with the two holes. He showed me the two spots, asked if they looked okay and was on his way. This company literally saved my girlfriend and my sanity because we were embarrassed to have people over with those holes. Alan also gave me a card for the carpet cleaning service (with a 10 coupon) because its pretty obvious he has had some accidents in the apt so far. Would highly recommend to anyone in the same situation. more

CALLED MANY CARPET REPAIR SHOPS, NOBODY WANTED TO DO REPAIR TO OUR CARPET. CALLED ROBERT HE GAVE US AN ARRIVAL TIME OF BETWEEN 11:30 AND NOON, HE WAS AT OUR DOOR AT 11:35, NOW THAT IS KEEPING AN APPOINTMENT. ROBERT STRETCHED, TRIMMED, AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. HE ALSO MADE A FEW SUGGESTIONS ABOUT OUR CARPET WHICH WE ARE GOING TO CALL HIM BACK TO DO. ROBERT IS THE BEST THERE IS WITH VERY LOW COST, BUT HE WORKS AS IF HE IS GETTING THREE TIMES THE PAY.
