They were able to schedule the repair around my schedule, did the repairs quickly, and gave me a deal on an extra repair because they were already on site. Very straight forward about the estimate and work. I will continue to use them for any other carpet cleaning and repair needs! more

Robert called me back when he said he would and was able to get out quickly to help us with a carpet stretch so that we could finish our remodel. He arranged Alan's service call so that we could get out the door to a football game on time. They did a great job and were very professional. I was very happy with the the work done and the experience of working with them. more

Great Work! 12/20/2011

My puppy destroyed some of my carpet right before my family was supposed to fly into town. I called and Alan was here within about 2 hours and fixed my carpet in less than 90 minutes! It looks great, you would never know the damage my little puppy caused. They even made sure the rest of the carpet was secure in the room as well! Excellent job! I would recommend them to anyone! more
