EXCELLENT SERVICE!! 5/4/2011

I found Arizona Carpet Repair on craigslist and gave Robert my information he called me the next morning and was very professional and quoted me an excellent price for what I needed done. He was even able to fit me in the same day. I was on the verge of replacing my carpet that was only a year old because I did not know what else to do, but thanks to Robert and ACR I now have no holes in my carpet and not embarrassed to have people over and say what happened to the carpet. I will recommend him to all my friends and anyone else who needs carpet repair. I Thank you again for a job well done!! You will be the my one and only carpet repair man! more

Prompt, Professional Service And Results... 4/13/2011

I was ready to list my home for sale and needed to deal with some lingering stains in a few areas of the carpeting. I called Phoenix Carpet Repair and got right thru to Robert. He had another repair job scheduled near my place, so we arranged for him to come to my house in two hours. He came over and took care of the stains...I was very happy with his work. Great job with prompt service 4/11/2011

Robert repaired the carpet in two of my bedrooms. He was prompt and professional and cleaned up after himself! Also had my carpet cleaned by Brian at Gusto Complete Floor Care. He responded to my call in a timely manner and did an excellent job. Now I don't need new carpet! more

I had a burn mark in my rug, he cleaned it up, and now it looks brand new! 4/7/2011

After a hookah coal burned a hole in my rug, I had Phoenix Carpet Repair come fix it. After about 10 minutes of work, the hole was gone and I could barely tell the difference between the old carpet and the new carpet! It blends right in more

Excellent Job 3/29/2011

I had the pleasure of having Robert come re-stretch and repair my carpet a few weeks ago. He was on time and called ahead exactly like he said he would. When he arrived to my home, he worked quickly and efficiently to re-stretch two rooms of carpet and to repair a damaged area where my cat had torn the carpet at a seam. His final cost was right on the estimate he had provided over the phone. Our carpet looks better than it did when it was installed new. I would definitely reccomend Phoenix Carpet Repair and plan to use them for all future repairs for my own home and my rental properties. Great Job, Jennifer Taylor more

We had called 1800 to fix it to find a carpet repair place as our dog had decided to dig a nice size out of the carpet right in the middle of the floor. Unfortunatly we had called the 1st place they gave us and made an appointment. Thankfully on our way to work and fighting with the lovely I-10 traffic, we spotted Robert's Jeep with his logo and advertisment, knowing we still had some time we called and Robert gave us a much better and reasonable price. He came out on a Saturday which is outstanding and fixed the carpet with a piece of carpet that we had. He is very personable and did not laugh at the poor attempt made on our part to fix it. Not to metion he kept with the same price that he had guoted over the phone. Sometimes its hard not knowing who to go to and who to trust. This guy Robert, I will highly recommend. Thank you! Oh and the spot that he repaired... you can hardly tell where it got messed up. Very impressed! more

Talk about exceeding expectations! 3/3/2011

My dog had torn up a section of carpet in my very large master suite and I thought it was going to cost me several thousand dollars for a total replacement. Robert responded very quickly and was able to make my carpet look as good as new and saved me a lot of money. I will never call anybody else for carpet repair and you shouldn't either! more

Called Robert yesterday to get quote and he already came out this morning to fix my carpet repair that my dog chewed up in three different areas. Very quick and very responsable price, cant even tell that the dog got to the carpet. EXCELLENT JOB!! more
