Cat clawed up carpet 8/4/2011

I had a wonderful experience with Robert when he came to my house. We were on vacation and my two kitten's were stuck in my daughter's bedroom and clawed up all her carpet by her front bedroom door. I also had three bleach stains in her room as well which, I had covered by a area rug. Robert and his partner came in very friendly and professionally and made me feel so at ease. Robert and his partner did a EXCELLENT JOB!! I would never ever have know anything was ever wrong with my carpet after he was through. Robert and his partner were quick and efficient!! I will be calling Robert and recommend Robert to all my friends! I'm am very pleased with his service. more

My wife and I were looking for a company to stretch our existing carpet. We talked about getting the job done for the last couple of years. I found Bob's ad on the internet and decided to give him a call. Bob and his assistant showed up to my house on time. They was very professional in appearance, and did a fantastic job with the necessary repairs. The price was extremely reasonable. The end result exceeded our expectations. We will definitely recommend Bob, and will use his services again, if the needed. more

Carpet fitting around new tile in foyer 7/20/2011

I had completed a retiling job in the foyer of my residence and needed a carpet installer/repairman to finish the job by cutting, stretching and seatin the carpet around the edge of the tile. I contacted Robert who came out ahead of the designated time for repair (he called first to see if this was ok) and completed the installation providing the finishing touches we needed. Personable and thorough, Robert is top notch. You needn't look any further for your carpet repair jobs. more

tack strips installed 7/10/2011

We had new tile put in a hallway and the contractor didn't finish the job where the tiles met the bedroom carpets. AZ CARPET REPAIR came in quickly and efficiently and without adding much cost to save the day. Great work done well - including clean up - and done for a competitive price. I highly recommend this company and will keep their information for any future needs. more

Robert did an outstanding job stretching and repairing my carpet. I have had him out to the house twice. Each time he was on time, thoroughly explained the problem and did an outstanding repair job. dogs clawed carpet in bedroom entry 7/6/2011

I had just returned from vacation to find my dogs had ripped and clawed a section of carpet by the bedroom door. I did a search and called Phoenix Carpet Repair. Robert was professional and knowledgeable on the phone. He was able to fit me in that day. Robert expertly blended the carpet and fixed all the little pulls. He gave me tips on carpeting and how to make it last longer. The whole process was done in less than an hour!If the need should arise again- I would call them immediately. more

I CALLED PHOENIX CARPET REPAIR TO FIX A HOLE IN MY CARPET. I CALLED ROBERT, AND HE CAME OUT THE VERY NEXT DAY AND DID A WONDERFUL JOB REPLACING AND REPAIRING THE CARPET.
