After waiting a week for another company to tell me they couldn't locate the padding I have, I searched internet and found Phoenix Carpet Repair. Called # and spoke to Bill. I described the padding and not only did he locate it but made the repair that same day. The damage was caused by a water leak and now it looks like it never occurred. more

My bedroom carpeting had ripples and was lose. I had no idea that the matting that had been used had imperfections which was causing some of the problem. They showed up on time, replaced the bad patchs of matting and stretched my carpeting to where it looks as good a new. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends. more

I had found Robert and Phoenix Carpet Repair with the help of Google, and began reading extensively on the site about his carpet stretching expertise. We had brand new Berber carpet installed in 3 rooms of our home just 5 years ago and due to an improper install the carpet was loose and had waves in it. I had searched around the internet before looking to get it fixed but seemed nobody specialized in this type of repair, until this past weekend. Let me tell you that Robert and his team are AMAZING; not just the work they do but the way they conduct themselves! Always returned my calls or answered the phone, showed up on time with a courtesy call a bit ahead of scheduled time. Robert got me in contact with movers to help move all the furniture (those guys were not only very careful but very humorous), and a carpet cleaning by Brian at Phoenix Carpet Repair (who also cleaned a couch for us that also looks incredible!). Robert and his crew came out to replace several parts of carpet, pad, and sealed the cement underneath due to my cat urinating there. First I had my carpet cleaned by another co. That didn't work so I called Robert. He told me on the phone that cleaning wouldn't work. I wish I had called him first. My house smells like new and with the excellent job they did, you can't even see where the carpet was replaced. What they charged was only slightly more than I wasted on the carpet cleaning!
