Had to have some spots repaired due to my dog. Was quoted a price over the phone by my description of damage and was charged exactly what I was quoted. Alan helped me out by finding carpet in his van that matched the better than what I found at Home Depot. I will use them again for sure. more

Better Than I Could Imagine 5/22/2012

Robert has a fine operation here. Found PCR on the web, called and they were on site the same day. Repaired/replaced/plugged bleach marks in a rental we have, and then put a close-enough patch in the closet we cut carpet from to do the job. Superb job. I can see the patch but anyone who doesn't know will never notice. 5-year guarantee on the work. No muss, no fuss, no mess and worth every penny. Use these guys! more

Professional Carpet Cleaning Done Quickly So I Could Move Into A Clean House 3/1/2012

My wife and I just had a baby and we needed to move to a new place. The house we chose had carpet through out. I have always thought carpets are like sponges soaking up all kinds of stuff, and I did not want my baby crawling on dirty carpet. So we called Robert because the price was right. Even though he was booked up with a busy schedule, he made time and our house was cleaned in just 2 hours. It is a 2 story 5 bedroom house and the quality work was very impressive. Even the stairs were cleaned. I plan on using Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning services again in the future. Thanks more
