Fast & Courteous 11/9/2012

In attempting to run telephone wires under a carpet I really messed up a door seam and needed fast repair before my wife returned to witness my screw up. Two hours later I was chilling by the pool thanks to Phoenix Carpet Repair. The carpet looks great and so is my marriage! more

Excellent Carpet Repair Company 11/6/2012

We have two puppies that managed to dig a dollar size hole in the carpeting and also chewed up 3 sections were it met the tile. I called and left a message and was thinking it would take forever for someone to call me back. Was I wrong, within 5 minutes Robert called back and I explained the problem. Gave me a quote over the phone. Within a half a hour Alan showed up and repaired the carpeting to make it look even better then new. Was I impressed. Alan was professional and courtesy and did a excellent job. I would surely use you folks again. more

Excellent and Prompt Customer Service 10/30/2012

We contacted Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning to fix our carpet to tile entry way and doorways. They were able to come out the same day! That is rare! Gerald fixed all of our issues and explained how and why he was doing what he was doing. He had excellent customer service and did a great job. I would definitely refer this company to someone in need of carpet repair. more

Awesome customer service! 10/22/2012

Our 10 month old chewed a small hole in our light beige carpet in the living room. After the initial anger wore off, we decided to call these guys and I'm glad I did. Gerald showed up the same day, did a wonderful job, and gave me tips on carpet buying for when we're ready to replace. I would definatley recommend their service to anyone, and I may just use them for our new carpet needs. Thank you, Gerald! more

I would highly recommend this company for carpet repairs and cleaning. The crew was extremely professional. Their work was high quality. After having our carpet stretched and cleaned it looked brand new. They were very quick in scheduling the visit. They also helped line up a moving company to assist in moving the furniture in our house. Alan and Gerald were fantastic!! Robert, the owner, was extremely helpful in setting this up. What seemed to be a huge project in our house actually went very smooth due to the great crew. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing carpet repairs and cleaning. more

Carpet Repair 10/6/2012

I had major damage to my carpet from my 2 minpin pups who ripped up the edge of my carpet all the way along where the carpet and tile meet (about 9 feet long). They also dug out and shredded the pad underneath and took out a 6" x6" square in one area of that edge. I was devastated and didn't think it could be repaired. Thankfully, I called these guys from the ToFixIt web site. Alan came out and did an absolutely amazing job on that area and in several other smaller areas throughout my place. I am absolutely thrilled with the result, and I will be using them from now on for any carpet repairs!! more

Awesome Job On The Carpet Repair 10/5/2012

Phoenix Carpet Repair came out within 2 hrs after I contacted them to fix 1 bedroom. A little history. I had new carpet installed by some other carpet company a few years ago. The install job was horrible, and after 3 times of the carpet company coming out to restretch and fix it, I gave up. A few years later I got a hold of Phoenix Carpet Repair and THEY FIXED IT RIGHT the first time. Carpet repair from fire sprinkler water damage 10/4/2012

I really appreciate the quick and professional response from Phoenix Carpet Repair. Out of 4 different contractors called they were the only ones that responded promptly and their price was reasonable. They displayed great confidence and solutions to our unique problem. I work for the Phoenix Convention center and we had approximately 10,000 sq feet damaged due to a fire sprinkler leak. Phoenix Carpet was given two days to restore this area to its original beauty so an event could move into this space. They showed up on time and stayed late to ensure our deadline was met, and their staff was experienced professionals, clean and well mannered. Thank you. more

Hole in carpet from dog digging at spot. Middle of room. 10/3/2012

My dog dug a hole in the carpet in the middle of my son's room due to a food spill. They repaired the carpet with original carpet we had on hand and now I cannot see where it was damaged. It looks perfect! Very impressed with the service. It was quick, on time and like new when finished. more

Great Service & Installation, High Quality Carpet and Good Price 9/9/2012

I would highly recommend Phoenix Carpet repair. They provide excellent service and a high quality product. We just closed on a new home that badly needed new carpet upstairs (about 1300 sq ft). We wanted to move in within a week and Robert (and the Phoenix Carpet Repair team) went above and beyond to get our carpet installed quickly. They made themselves available the next day after close (even with the close date moving a few times) to remove the carpet and came in right after the painter was done (3 days later) to install. They worked long hours to have the carpet installed in 1 day! This allowed us to move into our home quickly. Robert helped us choose a high quality carpet within our budget and we love it. Right from the moment they gave us an estimate we could tell they were carpet experts. They showed up on time, and quickly returned any calls we had. Thanks for a great experience and we look forward to enjoying our carpet for years to come! We would also recommend to any of our family and friends. more

Couldn't of asked for more 8/28/2012

Robert and Jay could not of done a better job. I had 3 holes in my carpet due to my puppies and I thought I was doomed with my landlord. DOOMED! I am a college student and do not have much spare money and really did not think I could afford to fix a carpet. I was wrong. They are so affordable and complete professionals. I can't even tell where the patches start and where they end. They were so friendly and made the whole ordeal completely stress free. I will recommend to anyone I ever hear worrying about a carpet issue- even if it may be a stranger that I overhear. They are THAT good. more

My dogs Hands down they did an amazing job!! Friendly, profesional and great pricing!! 8/24/2012

My bedroom carpet was thrashed due to my dogs, and also part of the carpet in the front walk way. Robert had came out that very next day!! Not only salvaged a piece of the bedroom carpet by their awesome cleaning tools, he was able to use that carpet to create a patch to cover the holes in the walk way. He then replaced the carpet in the bedroom to almost the exact same color as the rest of the house. I'm so pleased with job, but the service iswhat won me over. They were so professional and courteous an friendly!! Good quality work, with amazing pricing, and true customer service!! Hands down will recommend to a friend! more
