We were very pleased with Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning. From our first contact with Kim, the estimate process, setting up appointment and reminders. They recommended a mover for moving large furniture for the power stretching that worked well too. And Hector, our technician, was excellent. He had to deal with a couple of more difficult situations in the power stretching and was very knowledgeable. He worked hard and the carpet looks very nice. Clean carpets 1/30/2014

I called and you sent a technician within an hour. Hector was friendly and professional. He set to work immediately. Our carpets were very dirty and worn. They look terrific and I would not hesitate to call again if we need work done. more

They do a good job! 1/16/2014

We used Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning to fix a carpeted area of ours. We had an area of carpet that was right next to a tiled area. It was all chewed up by my dog. We had a rug over it at first but it was really bothering us because it would poke our feet. We finally decided to get it fixed and gave them a call. They came out right away to fix it and they did a very good job. I would tell anybody to use them because they are professional and do a good job. Very pleasant to work with 1/13/2014

Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning offers service that is more than satisfactory. Robert just does a wonderful job. I remember when I asked him to re-do some carpet after I noticed that it was in such bad shape on some high-traffic areas, and he cleaned, trimmed, and stretched it till everything was in tip top shape. I really, really respect him and his work. We tried his cleaning services after using his repair services three times and he delivered the same meticulous attitude. I'm very grateful for him helping me save a lot of money and would definitely recommend him. Amazing company. From Kim the office manager to the guy who came out to clean my carpets, everything was top notch. The carpets were like new when he was done and the price was very fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend this company! A++++ 1/2/2014

We don't even know where to start? We had our Berber carpet repaired in 5 spots on Monday, and had them come back today and clean it. We were going to rip it out and spend a few thousand replacing it. Thanks to the "Great Team" at Phoenix Carpet repair and cleaning, we don't have to now. Thank you all so much. Started to call around for quotes and quickly realized that one call was all I needed. Kim Garcia was so professional and help educate me on what is important when it comes to carpet cleaning. Awesome job! 12/13/2013

Hector did a wonderful job on our carpet. We had our carpets repaired and cleaned. We even had our tile cleaned throughout the house. The whole house looks amazing. It came out so beautifully that we no longer worry about replacing it. We are so pleased with the outcome. Great Results 12/13/2013

We had nylon carpet that was 13+ years only, but only two of us in the house. The carpet needed to be stretched and cleaned. Phoenix carpet did a great job from referring us to movers who took the furniture out and replaced it after the cleaning to returning and addressing two spots that came up as a result of the cleaning. The four rooms we did should get another 3-5 years out of the carpet and are having them back to finished up with two rooms after the first of the year.
