I would like to thank Hector for excellent service. He called me 1 day before to confirm my 8am appointment the next day. I bought new house with very dirty carpet. He made the carpet look & smell like new i was very happy with the results. The carpet looked & felt very clean. I felt very comfortable allowing my young children play on the carpet. Had to repair the carpet before we moved and had called them. They came out and fixed all the animal damage from the last year. The repair man was very nice and helped us out a bunch by not trying to over charge. Very nice and pleasant company to work with. Easy 6/25/2014

I have been living with about 6 carpet areas that my cat had destroyed a few years ago. I called Phoenix Carpet Repair and got a quote on the telephone and an appointment for the next morning. Hector called me about 20 minutes before his arrival. Before I knew it, the two man team had repaired all the damaged areas of my carpet. They were friendly, professional and did a great job. My only question is: Why did I wait so long before calling them to fix those ugly ripped up carpet spots? Hector was very nice and professional. He called me prior to the time window to let me know he was 45 minutes away and sure enough, he was there in slightly less than 45 minutes. All stains in the carpet were removed, including the dog pee stains which was why I called them in the first place. The carpet was very low quality apartment grade $@!#%, but I felt since my dogs had damaged it, I was responsible to return it to as good a condition as the poor quality of carpet would allow. Hector went over and above. Not that I ever plan to have carpet again, but if I did, I would use them regularly. Carpet stretching and Cleaning. 6/22/2014

Jason called about 930 and said he would be here in 30 minutes. My appointment was between 1030-1230. I had the carpet in two bedrooms stretched and the carpet cleaned in the living room and the bedrooms. Thanks for a great job. I had the carpet in the living room stretched a few years ago and the job was done great and thats why I I called to have this job done also. Thanks again for a great job. Excellent job....looks wonderful. 6/21/2014

What a great service you provide. Everyone was so kind and professional. I called In a panic when I came home to find a huge hole in the carpet in the middle of my the living room. My basset puppy was bored and plucked the fibers out making a hole. They arranged for Hector to come to my rescue the very next Saturday! He was awesome. He was right on time and went right to work to repair the carpet. My dogs loved him and the carpet looks great. He will be returning next time to do my tile and grout after a quick estimate and demo. I am so happy! 6/20/2014

My technician was Ray and he was awesome! I had some pet damage from my dog digging into the carpet (separation anxiety). I didn't think it would be able to be fixed but surprisingly he was able to patch up the spot perfectly! I will definitely use this company again. more

Excellent Service, Same Day & Will use again! 6/19/2014

I had Jason out to the house today to clean 3 bedrooms and a set of stairs. I called around 930am and Jason showed up at 1100am the same day, I was not expecting same day service but it fit my schedule & worked perfect. Jason did an excellent job on cleaning the carpets there were some previous stains from previous renters that were able to be removed, also all the stains from our dog came out as well in the master bedroom. I was not expecting him to do the closet that is beyond the master bath, as I was inspecting even that area was completed. Jason gave great advice also on tile & grout for my new location. Carpet Stretching 6/17/2014

Ray did an excellent and quick job on re-stretching the carpet. Very satisfied with his work. But I think the company is over charged for little area (min charge is $175). I would use the company again for only major. I gave 5 stars to Ray's work but not to the company due to higher mininum fee. I love this business. They return calls promptly; scheduling is easy; the tech, Hector, was professional and courteous. This was just a routine cleaning, with no stains or problem areas, but I would definitely call them for problem areas as well. Thanks. more

Fantastic job 6/12/2014

Jason was fantastic. I had 2 bleach stains and he matched it perfect. He also cleaned my carpet. I had a lot of high traffic areas. It looks so different like night and day. Outstanding 6/10/2014

Great experience starting with Kim who took my call and scheduled my appointment. My technician was Hector who showed up on time and answered all my questions. Hector was knowledgable and professional and did a great job on some really bad carpet. Will definitely recommend! Ray repaired two stain damaged carpet areas with matching carpet that we had saved. He did an excellent job. If one didn't know where to look and then inspect very closely, it would still be excxeedingly difficult to deterine that a repair had been made, Thanks Ray.
