We were very pleased with Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning. From our first contact with Kim, the estimate process, setting up appointment and reminders. They recommended a mover for moving large furniture for the power stretching that worked well too. And Hector, our technician, was excellent. He had to deal with a couple of more difficult situations in the power stretching and was very knowledgeable. He worked hard and the carpet looks very nice.
