It's difficult to find carpet repair, much less fabulous carpet repair. I not only received same day service, but the technician showed up as promised, called before he came - as promised, and the repair took the amount of time promised - all from my description on the phone. The price quoted was also accurate and in fact, was a bit reduced due to the overall job. I have had a variety of service folks out over the years and it is truly refreshing to see an organization that does what they say they will do - sounds simple but so many do not follow this simple customer service rule. The team was professional and direct, and Rob did an excellent job on the repairs. I highly recommend them for all your carpet needs!
