I called Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning about pet damage to Berber carpet in a bedroom doorway. The young lady I spoke to was so nice, positive and helpful. She gave me a quote over the phone and assured me there were no hidden charges. I made an appointment for the very next day and called back because I hadn't check with my wife.... rescheduled for two days out with no problem from Phoenix Carpet & Cleaning.
I loved that they sent an email with the carpet techs name, pic and bio! It put my wife and I at ease knowing who was showing up at the house. Rob was so polite and professional and did a FANTASTIC job repairing the 2 foot wide damage! I called my wife to see how it went and if the repair was well done or not and she said yeah it's fine. I came home and had a hard time even finding the repaired area! It was unbelievable! AND there were NO hidden charges!
Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning has such good customer service and GREAT skills I would recommend them to everyone!
