I have had Phoenix Carpet Repair out several time to repair my carpet (bad kitty!). Although we have had more than one technician over time, the technicians are always professional and provide great service. Ray, the owner, even came out on the first appointment to explain what they were doing and make sure I was satisfied. Now that's service!
