As a owner of 7 rental properties, I have been lucky not to need carpet repair service so far, so when the inevitable finally happened, I did not have a "go to guy" yet for this service. I did some research and found Phx Carpet Repair. I really liked their online pricing and scheduling. Everything, and I mean everything, was handled very professionally and quickly. Truly a seamless process and the actual repair work made it look like "nothing ever happened." My tech, Keith Hyler, was EXCELLENT! With 27 years in the business, my situation was a simple task for him! Not only will I continue to use this company for all my carpet needs, I will ask specifically for Keith in the future. The key to being profitable with rental properties is to team up with companies you can trust, I have found just that!
