We had a small carpet repair, which required replacing about a 1 ft.-square piece of carpet. This was the first time using this company, and it was a pleasant experience, as per the review summary.
The only comment I have--which keeps this from being a total 5-star experience--is that I had to do some cleaning up after the work was done: picking up small pieces of old carpet, vacuuming. A cordless carpet sweeper would have done the trick. Minor, but worth mentioning.
