Ray and Paris arrived promptly, as scheduled, reviewed my buckling carpet in two rooms and provided a very fair quote to re-stretch the carpets. They were able to complete the work during the same visit. They were very courteous, professional, and efficient. My carpets now look great! Highly recommend PCR&C and this service team!
