After a bleaching accident on a fairly new carpet I was unsure how to fix the problem. I researched and reviewed the web for carpet cleaning and repair. Phoenix Carpet Repair had many great reviews on their service and end result on a few listings. Both the service and repair I needed badly to happen as soon as possible. I gave them a call at the 11th hour and was promptly given the information I needed about how to fix my issue. The customer service woman I spoke to was able to fit me in this afternoon even though it was a last minute call. The guys showed up on time and and handled the bleached area with amazing professionalism. The repaired area looked amazing and unless you knew about it, you'll never know there was any damage. Great company, service and workmanship.
