Can't say enough good things about Phoenix Carpet Repair and their technician Russ as well as Kimberly who gave me the quote and scheduled my appointment. They came out the same day after I had tried for over 4 days to find someone to return my calls and inquiries. I needed a hallway completed with carpet after a problem occurred with a laminate install. Kimberly called in response to an internet query within a few minutes and Russ arrived within an hour.
