Had an 8 x 11 WOOL area rug that needed cleaning. Both the men who did the pick up (wool needs to go to their shop) and delivery were great. Helped move a lot of heavy furniture to pick up and lay down. Were professional, but also friendly and nice to deal with. Both were also very prompt
