Overall great experience. From the office staff that was very accommodating to the technician that did the work. Hector came out once for a carpet repair at a clients house. The repair was well done, he took his time and made sure it came out as best as possible. Unfortunately the repair was very noticeable because of where the old/ dirty carpet met with the repaired/ clean carpet. We scheduled a carpet cleaning and the result was amazing. Our client was happy and so were we. I hope that we never need to repair a carpet for any of our clients again, but if we ever need to again, I will definitely call them again. The price was fair and the service excellent!
