Russ came to my home to rectify an uneven pad problem. It was a bigger issue than I thought. Russ recommended replacement of the whole pad and within minutes was on the phone setting up the completion of the entire job. Without having to reschedule Keith showed up with a new roll of pad and within a couple of hours I had new pad and stretched and cleaned carpet that looks like new. Both Russ and Keith were professional, knowledgeable, polite, and took pride in their work. I have scheduled another cleaning appointment and will recommend Phoenix Carpet Repair to all my friends and family.
