The crew came on time, was pleasant and did a great job. A heavy, large stain in the living room carpet (did not know what is was and how it got there as it was in the carpet since we moved in) came out effortlessly by Migue Polo using the cleaning powder. I espacially liked the carpet cleaning product, no water, no mess and dried up within 15 to 20 minutes. Great stuff! I bought a container of it to keep on hand for spot cleaning. We are so happy with this service that I felt compelled to let others know. We have lived in this house for over 10 years and the carpet has not been this clean since the day we moved in. I have had other companies do a good job on my carpets. This company did an outstanding job. The price was good and more than fair for the service performed. Jairo was very prompt and courteous. The rate was given to me up front. He explained about certain stains ( we had good results). Both gentlemen were careful when moving all the furniture out and back. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone else. I will use again in the future. This is my 3rd experience with Carpet Dryclean. They cleaned my whole house 7 years ago and most of my house this past January. I had them come again yesterday and they are still the best. I hate the water based cleaning services because they do not work well with any kind of pet hair. I have a collie and her hair is very long. Victor was my technician and he had 2 helpers. They were on time (early actually which was great) and they were very professional. I bought a Powr Lite vacuum the last time Carpet Dryclean were here which is the commercial grade vacuum they use and it only weighs 8 pounds ! It is awsome! They serviced it for me by taking it apart, thouroughly cleaning it and replacing the belt. I had them come this time because my carpet had very ugly pet stains from a very stubborn dog !. Almost all of the stains are gone or at the very least lightened. Victor gave me a refresher me how to use their dry clean system on my carpet for future ugly stains (powder etc). Whether you have pets or not, Carpet Dry Clean is the best way to get your carpet cleaned. more

These folks came Friday afternoon and cleaned my carpet. It wasJairo and Yakelw ( I think ). They did a great job and we are very pleased. They got out what we feared were impossible stains. Not knowing very much about carpet cleaning, but with several annoying stains I wanted gone, I emailed these guys and they were very prompt in response and were easy to set up an appointment with. The staff was courteous and definitely gave it full effort. I remained in my apt through the process which wasn't unpleasant at all, even in winter with the apartment sealed. I have to admit that I always go for the cheapest carpet service I can find, thinking that all carpet cleaning services are the same, right? When my wife suggested I look into carpet dry cleaning, I was naturally sceptical. I mean, how does the carpet get cleaned without soap and water, right? I checked around, did my research, and tried out Carpet Dryclean. Jose and Jose arrived at the appointed time, provided a preview of their service, and completed the service quickly and professionally. And I will tell you, I have never seen a cleaner carpet; far superior to the soap and water services. No wet carpet downtime, dry carpet ""crustiness"", or re-emerging ghost stains that often show up shortly after the water dries. I was impressed with the service from start to finish. When I called to set up an appt, they were able to give me an estimate over the phone and schedule my appt right away. They called to let me know they were on the way. The lead service person, Miquel, was very knowledgeable about the cleaning process and gave me a demo to show how the process would work and information about why their process was better than traditional steam cleaming. They finished quickly and did a walk through with me. Less than an hour after they finished, I got a followup call to make sure I was satisfied. I would highly recommend this company. Miguel (Polo) and Jessie did a fantastic job cleaning our entire home. They were professional, courteous and our home looks and smells amazing. They cleaned our oriental carpet, tricky berber and even latch hook rugs for the baby's room. Our son has asthma and allergies, and he has been able to play in the house while they were cleaning, no negative reactions what so ever! Scheduling it was very easy. We couldn't beleve we could have them come out on December 21, but they had several time slots we could select from. Their quote over the phone was very competitive. Miguel was great at explaining the process that would be involved to clean our carpet. He also was very helpful in suggesting ways to eliminate pet odor and messes when they happen as well as being preventative about these situations. Miguel and his associate (forgot his name) were very engaging the entire time they were here and made everything go wonderfully. Eventhough they were here to do a job I felt as if I could sit and chat with these two outside of what they were hired to do. This really put my mind at ease as to what would be happening and developed an immediate level of trust that we made the right choice of who to hire to dryclean our carpets and I feel very fortunate to have the two men here who performed this service as they were very considerate and helpful the entire time. Anyone considering hiring professional carpet cleaners need to look no where else besides Carpet Dryclean. I cannot get over how awesome my carpet looks! We have 5 (FIVE!) pets-one of them a new puppy who likes to have ""accidents"" in the house, and the rest cats who routinely have hairball issues. And let's not forget the two kids we have as well. Needless to say we have hair in our carpet, not to mention a few stains. I called Carpet Dryclean Inc. because our pediatrician said our son's allergies would not tolerate wet (traditional) carpet cleaning. I got the appointment that I wanted right away, and then had to cancel one hour before Miguel and Jessie arrived because both of my kids were sick in bed! Miguel was so understanding and said it was no problem--he accommodated me the very next day. Talk about service! They arrived on time and didn't make me feel bad for having had cancelled at the last minute. In fact, Miguel explained to me that it was probably good that they came AFTER the kids were sick, because their process removes bacteria and everything from the carpets. Miguel was so friendly and chatty and explained everything to me. Jessie was super nice as well and we talked about whether it would snow for Christmas! All the stains are gone from my carpet, and it looks brand new. They worked quickly and efficiently, playing with my puppy all the while they worked (and even helping get her in when she escaped the house once!). I will never consider using another carpet cleaning service besides Carpet Dryclean again, and will always request Miguel and Jessie each time!
