Miguel was great at explaining the process that would be involved to clean our carpet. He also was very helpful in suggesting ways to eliminate pet odor and messes when they happen as well as being preventative about these situations. Miguel and his associate (forgot his name) were very engaging the entire time they were here and made everything go wonderfully. Eventhough they were here to do a job I felt as if I could sit and chat with these two outside of what they were hired to do. This really put my mind at ease as to what would be happening and developed an immediate level of trust that we made the right choice of who to hire to dryclean our carpets and I feel very fortunate to have the two men here who performed this service as they were very considerate and helpful the entire time.
Pros: Customer service, clarity in describing what process was involved, suggested ways to maintain and care for our carpets in the future.
