Excellent Service 11/29/2007

I have used Carpet DryClean multiple times now and have been thrilled with their service EVERYTIME! This time I saw a familiar face - Elmer. He had been here before and once again, he and his helper were very thorough in cleaning my great room and dining room. They are friendly and get right to work. They even called and said they were running early and checked to see if they could come on over. What a change from normal service companies - they're usually calling to say they're running late. I use Carpet Dryclean at least twice a year. They know what they're doing and there's no downtime to wait for my carpet to dry. I highly recommend this company to everyone. Better cleaning job than I expected, and doesn't stress your carpets like steam cleaning does 11/27/2007

We just had this service done to our four bedroom home this morning. The effectiveness of the cleaning was much better than I expected. We had a lot of dirt and stains in our light beige carpet and nearly all of that is completely gone, the rest nearly invisible. The carpet was dry to the touch in under an hour. They did a very good job on the stairs. The cleaning technicians were friendly and professional. A little of the cleaning powder ended up being left behind on our hardwoods and vinyl - it is very light and can easily get blown or tracked around - but we swept or vacuumed that up easily. \r \r There is an odor that lasts for a little while after the cleaning - it is not unpleasant, it smells clean - so I plan to open some windows tomorrow. Pros: Speed of completion, ready for use Cons: Price is a little higher than steam cleaning more

They made me like my carpet again..... 11/27/2007

I used Carpet Dryclean for the first time before a family dinner. I was skeptical at first. I did not think that anything dry could clean my carpet. However, Gairo was wonderful. He explained how everything worked and managed to get rid of a lot of pet stains I had. My carpet looked as good a new by the time he was finished. I will use again. Pros: Everything was included in the price. I was able to walk on the carpet right away. more

I was very impressed with the service that Elmer & Gabriel provided. Our home feel sanitized and clean with the dryclean process. I highly recommend this process to anyone looking to have their carpert clean. The price was affordable for the work that was involved. The staff was great, hardworking & knowledgable. ""New Carpet"" 11/23/2007

All I can say is ""WOW""! My wife said she wanted new carpet in the basement because of the dirt and stains. This carpet had been ""cleaned"" with a steam cleaner twice in the past 8 years and there were still stains that never got out. I convinced her to let me try to find a professional cleaner and see if they could get the carpet clean. Well, long story short, I called Carpet Dryclean and they quickly scheduled an appointment for me at my convenience. Jose and his helper arrived promptly as scheduled and completed the job in a couple of hours. And what a job it was! Those stains (and this included a stain from a ruptured water heater) were gone and the carpet looked better than I ever remember. More importantly, my wife was thrilled and said there was now no need to replace the carpet! I figure this saved me several thousand dollars. Thank you Jose and Carpet Dryclean!! more

excellent results 11/23/2007

This company was efficient, professional, and effective! Elmer was very thorough, spending a few hours at my home to be sure all spots were removed and all areas cleaned were to my satisfaction. I called on a Tuesday and they were able to schedule the service for that coming Saturday. They called ahead, showed up promptly, and follow-up with a call to be sure I was satisfied. GREAT RESULTS! 11/21/2007

What a great experience! Our house (and thus our carpet) is ten years old. With Thanksgiving upon us, and 22 folks coming over for lunch, my bride (of 29 years) decided that it was time to pay attention to the carpet. I called the Carpet Dryclean on Saturday, and they said that they would be out Wednesday. Preston explained the procedure and fully answered my questions. Today, the office called me to let me know the guys were on the way. I am in the service business, so I surely appreciated the effort they made to keep me in the loop. Carlo and Marlow were on time, and they went right to work. The crew was thorough and efficient as they went about their work. Carlo took the time to show us what he was doing and even had some tips on how to keep the carpet in tip top shape. After they finished, Carlo walked us around the house to make sure we wer satisfied with their work.\r \r Without question, I will use Carpet Dryclean in the future. (The upstairs is next!) My appointment was scheduled within one week. Jairo came to my house on time and cleaned a square of my carpet to show me how well the product performed. Dina vacuumed the carpets before and after cleaning. When the job was finished, Jairo inspected my vacuum cleaner to make sure it was working properly. I would call Jairo and Dina again Carpet Dryclean. Very professional, courteous and prompt. more

Love this drycleaning process! 11/14/2007

This is the fourth time we have used this company's services. Their staff is always prompt, courteous, professional and very hardworking. They come in, start right up with their work and clean up before they leave. Our carpet always looks great or we would not be repeat customers. With the drycleaning process, it's great to be able to walk on the floor right away and it's safe for pets. We would highly recommend this company to anyone who really wants their carpets cleaned professionally. You cannot do this job yourself. Also, it's nice to have the same workers come out to your house. Carlos and his assistant have been here twice and we will request them again next time. The couple who were here the 2 times prior were also very nice and did an excellent job. This company must be good to their employees. more

Great service from Elmer. He was on time and did a fantastic job on 4 bedrooms and a large floor rug. Got rid of kid stains in their bedroom as well as ""dog dirt"" on our bedroom rug. Smells great in the house and I am thrilled! more

Carpet Dryclean - Excellent 11/12/2007

This is our first time using Carpet Dryclean. My husband has Parkinson's, so we wanted to stay away from strong chemicals. We also have a cat and dog, so we wanted a service that was pet friendly. Carlo came out and was great to work with. We were so impressed that we asked if they had time to do one more room. We also had our sofa cleaned, which had not been cleaned since we bought it years ago. The fact that you could walk on it immediately was an added bonus. We highly recommed this service! This was our first experience with Carpet Dryclean service. Previously we have used Stanley Steemer and other water-based 'steam cleaning' services. We were most pleasantly surprised with the excellence and thoroughness of the cleaning of our carpets and anticipate using Carpet Dryclean service again in future for the balance of our home. Miguel Polo did an expert job not only of cleaning but also elucidating the process and services to us to our complete satisfaction. His helper, Jessie, also did an outstanding job. Affordable and Excellent Work! 11/11/2007

Carpet DryClean did an amazing job on my carpet with just two days notice! We have 3 dogs, and a lot of carpet stains, and dog hair! They were able to remove the stains and the hair! My husband and I will definitely use them again! more
