These guys are great! We have kids and cats so wanted a safe way to clean the carpets. The carpets are dry within an hour not wet for the ENTIRE day like other cleaning methods. The carpet feels so soft and fluffy, clean, and looks brand new! Great at getting stains out! They are very friendly and do great work. We will have them back for sure! I have a puppy and I wanted my carpet cleaned.....she had a few accidents while house training! I was going to use A steam cleaning service, but when i found Carpet Dryclean and saw they used organic products I was so excited! I was able to schedule and appt. quickly. Carlos and Marlin came to clean my carpet and they were very nice and professional. They did an excellent job and you would never guess there had been any stains on my carpet! It smells great, but doesn't smell like perfume. It just smells, looks and feels clean! Thanks guys! I will be calling them again in another 6-8 months! more

After years and years of steam cleaning and growing more and more dissatisfied I decided to give dry cleaning a try. I'm never wetting another carpet! I did the whole house last month and then had them back today for an area rug we had stored for years. It's new again!\r \r Prompt, courteous, and very customer oriented. Their service has always been great! They schedule me in on short notice, show up promptly as promised, move furniture if needed, and the carpet doesn't need time to clean so it is ready to go immediately. We have pets and kids and they took ALL stains up - carpets/stairs look wonderful. Product is organic, safe for pets/children!! Less then an hour drying time - no wet carpets! Because of allergies, I have been advised not to use a water-based/steam process on my carpets and rugs so I needed an alternative process used at my home. Carpet Dryclean had a real challenge with pet stains--I thought we would have to replace our livingroom rug that has a green pattern over a cream background. My technician, Carlo Bernarte, did a test patch to see how well he could remove the worst stain and it came completely up--amazing! He went on to clean the entire rug as well as the carpeting in the back of the house which is a cream Berber which also had numerous pet ""accidents"". They all came up and the house smells fresh and clean. Carlo was very professional and extremely pleasant and polite--I will ask for him the next time I call for service. He had only been gone about 15 minutes when I received a phone call from Preston at the Carpet Dryclean office checking on how things had gone and asking if I were satisfied. Now, that is real customer service and I am completely satisfied. I also really appreciate that Carlo was about 10 minutes early and I wasn't left to wait and wonder like often happens with service people. Wow! Awesome service! They arrived on time and came in to demonstrate the technique they will be using on the rug. Then, they took all the measurements and gave me the estimate, before proceeding with the job. Again, I was amazed at how professional the technicians were! They took their time explaining everything and reiterating what was told to me on the initial phone call into the company to setup the appointment. They took almost 3 hours to clean my 3 story townhome, and were extremely thorough. My carpets look brand new! They removed stains that even the previous owners did not remove! I'm the second owner. The technicians, Jesse Castillo and Sammie Polo, were very professional and very knowledgeable about what they were doing. I would trust them again in a heart beat with my carpets! I can't really say enough! And the rugs were dry after the cleaning! By the way, did I mention I have 2 dogs? They removed every ""accident"" they ever made. I can't believe how beautiful and NEW the carpet looks. \r They do call you a day in advance to confirm the appointment once more and also do a follow up phone call to check on the service. Great carpet cleaning service particularly if you have pets and children (we have 2 big dogs and 2 children under 2 years old). Best part is there is no drying time - you don't have to wait hours to walk on the carpet after it has been cleaned. They performed an inspection of our carpet prior to the cleaning and gave us tips to keep our carpet maintained after the cleaning and even checked out our vacuum cleaner to make sure it was working properly. Miguel and Jesse worked hard and were so friendly. They were both patient with my questions and special requests. I am thrilled with the results of the cleaning process. I had some stains that I thought were there for good, but they are now gone. Everything about this company's customer service is top-rate. Carlo & Sam came to our home and did a wonderful job. They were extremely friendly and answered every question we had concerning the process. Today I had my carpets cleaned by Elmer and Gabriel of Carpet Dryclean. Two really nice, courteous men who came into my home and seemed happy to be doing their job. They both did a great job!! Elmer explanied everything he did and what products he used and my carpets look the best they've looked in years. I definitely recommend Carpet Dryclean. they are so much better than any other carpet cleaners I've used in the past. Sears or Stanley Steamers don't come close to the service you get from Carpet Drcleaners. Also, I love the fact that you don't have wet carpets for hours on end.
