Having tried multiple carpet cleaning methods dozens of times (roughly twice a year for the past 15 years), I was a little skeptical that I would be more impressed with the dry clean method than any other. I had always subscribed to the belief that you HAD to use hot water extraction and truck-mounted suction to get dirt, grime, pet hair, pet accidents and odor out of carpet. I put Earl through the paces regarding why his method would work and be the most effective cleaning I'd ever experienced. He was patient with my questions, went out of his way to send me additional comparative information about the products that Carpet DryClean uses and other products on the market, and he consistently touched base as my appointment date and time approached. \r

Though we had a few scheduling snafus (I'd requested a busy Friday on a holiday weekend), when the technician, Miguel Polo, made it to my home, he and his assistant were efficient and thorough, friendly and very professional. Miguel's on site estimate was pretty much right on target with the rough estimate that Earl had given me over the phone, so there were no surprises on the cost, which wasn't much more than what I've paid for steam cleaning in the past. \r

The best part is that the carpet came out soooo clean. Our carpet is 8 years old and has seen 6 years of chocolate labs having just about every accident imaginable. I was a skeptic, but I'm happy to say that after 1 visit from Carpet DryClen, the odors are gone, stains that had lingered after several steam cleanings are gone, and the carpet looks and feels terrific. We had friends visit with us this past weekend, and the wife remarked that she loved our carpet because it felt so soft.\r

I'm thrilled with the results. I've already told Miguel that I'll call him before the holidays for our next cleaning.
