They do exactly what they say they will do -- clean carpet--quicky and effectively. the workers wre fast, knowledgeable and courteous. Miguel explained exactly what they were doing and answered all mu questions. The cost was a little higher than I have paid before but, the results were better. I have an old cat who does not always make it to the liter box. This system got out all the stain and 90% of the odor. I really liked the fact that you can walk on your carpet immediately. This was the first time I have used this system and I have already recommended them to my friends. Thank you Miguel and Israel.
